Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to personal data you submit through the inquiry form on this website. It applies to that form only. Istina SV OÜ is the data controller.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form:

• Your name and company name
• Your email address
• The product, quantity and destination you ask about
• Anything you write in the message field

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party content. Nothing is stored on your device beyond what your own browser does normally.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation. That is our legitimate interest in responding to a business request, and, where a quotation leads to an order, the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service acting as our processor. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship, and to meet Estonian accounting and tax record-keeping obligations where an order follows. Correspondence that leads to no order is deleted when it is no longer of use.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to the address below and we will respond. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
